Please help us to preserve the town’s historic church, an integral part of Clinton since it enabled Kenilworth to become a chartered town (later separated into Killingworth and Clinton in 1838). The Church Steeple, which houses our bell and our clock mechanism, was designed to get wet and dry out, but due to its age (185 years) it has developed leaks that are proving difficult to neutralize, especially with the strong winds and heavy rains of hurricanes and tropical storms. Water has damaged the balcony ceiling twice in the last year.

Due to the costs involved and the impending work to be done, we are requesting donations to support our efforts to preserve our aging Steeple and historic Church Buildings. Single or recurring tax-deductible donations to “Save Our Steeple" can be made directly to the Church using the Church’s secure online giving form Online Giving - select “Capital Improvements” from the Fund drop-down box and follow instructions to donate to this initiative.

If you prefer not to donate online, please mail or drop your donation at the Church Office - 55 Church Rd., Clinton, CT 06413. Our office is open Tuesday – Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
